Leveraging AI data

Leveraging AI data In order to carry out data mining activities to feed their training bases, artificial intelligence providers use artistic works available on the net. Whether these works are protected by a specific license or in the repertoire of a distribution company (SACEM), authors have rights in the face of these data minings. If they expressly request it, they can refuse it, or set the conditions of use through a license.
